TRANSCRIPTS

Copies of students' transcripts are available upon completion of a transcript request form and an onward submission to the Students' Service Center in the Academic Office. A copy of the transcript includes only the academic record accumulated by the student at the Central University College. This completed form should include the following:

* Student's registration number and the full name under which the student was last enrolled and any other names previously used by the student.

* Current Address
* Other identifying information such as birth date, degree(s)
earned and date of completion of program.

* The name and address of recipient of the transcript.

* The first transcript issued will attract $15.00. Subsequent transcripts issued will attract a fee of $15.00. These fees are payable in the cedi equivalent to the current dollar rate.

Adequate advance notice, normally one week, is required for transcript processing. No transcript will be released for anyone who has failed to meet all his/her financial obligations to the University.

ACCOMMODATION

Accomodation facilities are currently not available; there are however few
private hostels within about a mile or two radius from the Mateheko campus.

ACCREDITATION

Central University College is accredited by the National Accreditation
Board (NAB), Ghana. It is an affiliated institution of the University of
Cape Coast, Ghana. The school of Theology is a member of the West
African Association of Theological Institutions (WAATI). The University is
an affiliate member of the Council for Christian Colleges and
Universities, (CCCU), USA, and the Association of African Universities.

SCHOLARSHIPS

As part of its objectives to develop Ghana’s human resource capital, Central University College as a Christian institution identifies with students who because of financial hardships are unable to finish their studies and wish to extend some financial grants to aid them in their studies in the University. The Financial Aid and Scholarship Policy is specially prepared to assist needy but deserving students who have no means of financial support while in the university.

Students are advised to study the policy documents very carefully to ensure that they meet the qualification requirements before putting in application, which may either downloaded or filled online.

The CUC Alumni Relations office is located at CUC Annex, in the office of the Students Affairs Coordinator (Dean of Students).

Also by keeping your address up to date with the alumni office, we can send you copies of CUC News Letter so that you will always know what is going on at CUC and with office alumni. If you know of fellow alumni who are not receiving our correspondence, please encourage them to contact us.
