B. QUALIFICATION

(i) PROFESSOR
Candidates must:
- Possess MSc. or preferably PhD in relevant areas of
specialization.
- Have taught for a minimum of three (3) years as
Associate Professor or have considerable number
of years of teaching / research experience / publications
with a university or a comparable institution.
- Be able to produce any other evidence of research/
professional activity.

(ii) ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
Candidates must:
- Possess MSc. or preferably PhD in relevant areas of
specialization.
- Have taught for a minimum of four (4) years as Senior Lecturer.
- Have a number of refereed publications to their credit
- Be able to produce any other evidence of research/professional activity.

(III) SENIOR LECTURER
Candidates must:
- Possess MSc. or preferably PhD in relevant areas of
specialization.
- Have at least four (4) years teaching research
experience.
- Have a number of publications and refereed journals
to their credit.

(IV) LECTURER
Candidates must:
- Possess MSc. or preferably PhD in relevant areas of
specialization.

C. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and teaching, project work/internship
supervision, academic counseling and, any other relevant responsibilities that may be assigned.
- Must be prepared to lecture it all three sessions where applicable.
